Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Operations Management, HR, HR Management, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Strong creative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Interest in technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions; commitment to client service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and industry best practices; apply to analyze issues, conduct research, and support testing.
• Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with team to design, present, and implement technology-driven solutions; support go-to-market initiatives.
• Apply AI-powered tools to enhance data analysis and address client and internal business challenges.
