Job summary

Cognizant Workday practice is recruiting for a Workday Consulting Intern for the summer of 2027. You will contribute to HR and Finance technology solutions on Workday, gaining hands-on experience with data analysis, process optimization, and client engagements.

Role includes building knowledge of Workday, analyzing trends, and collaborating with senior consultants. The internship runs for 9 weeks starting June 2027, onsite in Plano, TX with an hourly rate of $25.00.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree; eligible for internships within 12 months prior to final graduation date.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork and leadership.
• Interest in technology, digital transformation and enterprise solutions; client service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and industry best practices; apply to analyze issues, conduct research, and support testing.
• Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to design, present, and implement technology-driven solutions; support go-to-market initiatives.
• Apply AI-powered tools to enhance data analysis and address client and internal business challenges.
• Contribute to deliverables and thought leadership content; participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
