Job summary

Cognizant is recruiting for a Workday Consulting Intern for the summer of 2027 in Plano, TX. You will work with seasoned consultants to deliver HR and Finance solutions on Workday, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, process optimization, and client engagements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and the application of AI tools to enhance analytics. This is an onsite internship with 9 weeks starting in June 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and eligible for internships within 12 months prior to graduation.
• Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and demonstrated teamwork and leadership.
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and industry best practices; analyze issues and support testing.
• Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team to design and implement technology-driven solutions and support go-to-market efforts.
• Apply AI-driven tools to enhance data analysis and address client and internal challenges.
• Contribute to deliverables and thought leadership content; participate in team meetings.
