Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business (Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Operations Management), HR, HR Management, CS, or IS.
• Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

• Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and industry best practices, and apply it to analyze issues, conduct research, and support testing.
• Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
