Job summary

Strada Global is seeking a Workday Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Cloud Optimization Practice, focusing on AMS/post-production Benefits in a flexible, remote-friendly environment in the United States. You will analyze requirements, configure Workday modules, and guide clients through design and delivery with senior teammates.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years implementing Workday Benefits/Compensation/Learning/Talent, strong communication, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years implementing and/or configuring Workday Benefits, Compensation, Learning or Talent.
• Experience with SaaS solutions such as PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E-Business, or UltiPro.
• Workday deployment or post-production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex business requirements for functional Workday areas.
• Lead design reviews and configure functionality with cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple projects, communicate status, and maintain client relationships.
• Provide guidance and hands-on support through Workday lifecycle.
