Job summary

Strada is seeking a Workday Consultant or Senior Consultant to ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables in Workday Benefits or Advanced Compensation modules. You will advise on cross-functional impacts, develop solutions for complex problems, and may lead medium to large enterprise projects across multiple clients.

The role requires 3–7+ years of consulting experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–7+ years of consulting experience implementing financial systems like Workday or similar SaaS solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into system configurations.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Workday Benefits or Advanced Comp certification (or PRO) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Deliver medium to large client deliverables on time and within scope.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget; coordinate with teammates as needed.
• Provide subject matter expertise and propose alternatives to clients.
• Share lessons learned and best practices with clients and internal teams.
• Support internal initiatives to build Strada’s brand and expertise in Workday modules.
