Job summary
Huron is seeking a Workday HCM AMS Senior Consultant to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. You will support and optimize Workday HCM solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as a trusted advisor and functional expert across Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits.
The ideal candidate is an independent problem solver with experience supporting Workday in a post-production or AMS environment, responsible for troubleshooting complex issues,
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven Workday HCM implementation or AMS support.
- Strong knowledge of Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Benefits.
- Experience in post-production support, including security, data, and configuration.
- Experience analyzing business requirements and producing functional specs.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- No travel required unless requested by client.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize Workday HCM solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver configuration enhancements.
- Support Workday releases and maximize value of the Workday investment.
- Partner with HR, benefits, payroll, and business stakeholders.
- Lead client-facing discussions and provide strategic guidance on HR processes and Workday practices.
