Job summary

RSM is seeking a seasoned Workday Compensation specialist to lead the design and configuration efforts across HR programs. You will partner with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable compensation solutions at scale.

You will oversee Workday Compensation configuration, drive optimization, and guide analysts, while staying aligned with release updates and enterprise priorities. This role demands strong communication and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, IT, or related field.
Hands-on Workday Compensation configuration experience.
Ability to translate functional requirements to technical solutions.
Proven leadership of HR/Workday project teams.

Responsibilities

Initiate and lead conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.
Represent RSM as a Workday Design Partner and influence Workday design and functionality.
Provide oversight on Workday Compensation configuration and related HR processes.
Nurture relationships with HR partners and Compensation stakeholders to align roadmaps.
Prioritize and manage large-scale COE-Workday projects and compensation initiatives.
Oversee Workday Compensation configuration optimization and related business processes.
Document functional requirements, create project plans, manage testing and readiness.
Lead a team of analysts and mentor delivery of Workday compensation configurations.
Stay informed on upcoming Workday releases and identify usable features.
