Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Talent Technology Experienced Professional to collaborate with HR, Compensation, and business stakeholders to implement Workday Compensation solutions. The role leverages Workday HCM expertise to research, configure, and recommend improvements that align with our strategic goals.

You will partner with Talent Technology to support governance, testing, and training, while guiding team members on processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Workday HCM/compensation knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience with governance, testing, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement requirements for Workday Compensation processes.
• Configure and support Workday Compensation functionality.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to maximize value.
• Provide coaching and training to Talent Technology staff.
• Monitor processes and manage issues with IT and vendors.
• Support annual compensation planning and cycles.
