Accenture is seeking a Workday Functional Lead to join our team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate finance, analytics, planning and HR. The role will involve architecting Workday HCM solutions, leading client workshops, and managing project budgets while coordinating with delivery leaders.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in Workday Implementations and HCM functional experience, plus a strong ability to translate business requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of working of HCM Functional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Implementations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping)
• Architect Workday the entire HCM solution to ensure cohesion across streams
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies
• Lead workshops for client education
• Manage resources and budget on client projects
• Provide status updates to Delivery Lead
• Mentor and manage performance of project staff
