Accenture is seeking a Workday Certified Compensation/Benefits Lead in California (Walnut Creek area) to guide cloud-based data-reporting initiatives for finance, analytics, planning and HR. You will architect end-to-end Workday Benefits/Compensation solutions, lead client workshops, and manage project resources and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting or client-side experience in a Lead or similar role.
• 3+ years of Benefits and/or Compensation functional experience.
• 3+ years of Workday Implementations.
• Workday Benefits or Compensation Partner Certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in collecting requirements, design, prototyping, testing and training.
• Architect Workday Benefits/Compensation solutions across streams.
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Lead workshops for client education and knowledge transfer.
• Manage resources and budget on client projects.
• Provide SME guidance to aid in decision making.
• Mentor project staff and track performance metrics.
• Gather, understand and analyze client business requirements.
• Advise clients on industry best practices and standards.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies in delivery.
