Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Certified Compensation/Benefits Lead in Columbus to guide cloud-based data-reporting initiatives integrating finance, analytics, planning, and HR.

You will architect Workday Benefits/Compensation solutions, lead client workshops, and manage teams, budgets, and vendor relationships across diverse client programs. Travel up to 0–100% may be required as projects vary.

Qualifications

• Workday Benefits or Compensation Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting or client-side experience in a Lead or similar role.
• Minimum 3 years of Benefits and/or Compensation functional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Workday Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If an Associate’s Degree, equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Architect Workday Benefits/Compensation solutions ensuring cohesive cross-functional impacts.
• Plan, budget, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Define statements of work and client proposals; manage vendor relationships.
• Lead workshops for client education and manage project resources and budget.
