Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Workday Certified Compensation/Benefits Lead to join a advising team focused on cloud-based data reporting that optimizes finance, analytics, planning and HR functions.

You will guide HR and Finance leaders, architect Workday solutions, lead workshops, manage budgets, and mentor project staff while driving adoption of Workday best practices on complex client engagements across industries.

Qualifications

Workday Benefits or Compensation Partner Certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
Minimum of 3 years of working of Benefits and/or Compensation Functional experience.
Minimum of 3 years of Workday Implementations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
Architect Workday Benefits/Compensation solutions to ensure cohesive cross-functional impacts.
Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
Architect statements of work and client proposals.
Architect and manage vendor relationships.
Lead workshops for client education.
Manage resources and budget on client projects.
Serve as escalation point for functional issues and provide SME guidance.
Lead, mentor and manage performance metrics of project staff.
Conduct working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements; advise on best practices.
