Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Functional Lead to join a global team delivering cloud-based Workday solutions across finance, analytics, planning, and HR. You will guide advisory engagements, architect cohesive HCM strategies, and lead client workshops to define requirements and drive outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Workday implementations, HCM functional experience, and a recognized Workday certification, with a strong consulting background and degree. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of working of HCM Functional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Implementations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
• Workday Partner Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and design functional solutions in Workday HCM
• Architect Workday HCM end-to-end to ensure cohesive, cross-functional impacts
• Lead workshops for client education and mentor project staff
• Manage resources and budgets on client projects
• Provide status updates to Delivery Lead and key stakeholders
