Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Workday Compensation Consultant in Atlanta to support client engagements across implementation, optimization, and AMS environments. You will design, configure, test, deploy, and support scalable Workday Compensation solutions aligned with Total Rewards strategies.

You will map client business processes to Workday capabilities, customize where needed, and work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end compensation solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience focusing on Core/Advanced Compensation.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into Workday configurations.
• Experience conducting discovery sessions, design reviews, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Compensation workstreams across full-cycle implementations and AMS engagements.
• Gather business requirements and translate client needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Design and configure Compensation Grades, Packages, Plans, and related processes.
• Configure merit, bonus, market adjustments, and stock/equity programs.
• Support annual compensation planning and review activities.
• Develop configuration docs, process flows, and test scripts.
• Perform unit, integration, UAT, regression testing and production validation.
• Identify optimization opportunities in compensation processes and reporting.
