The role focuses on preparing faculty, staff, leaders, and other stakeholders for altered business processes, roles, and ways of working. Close collaboration with the Project Manager, functional/technical leads, Training Lead, Communications & Marketing, and the implementation partner is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management experience, including ERP/Workday implementations.
• Experience influencing multiple functional areas such as Finance, HR, Payroll, and/or Student systems.
• Ability to translate complex system and process changes into clear messages for nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate organizational change activities for the Workday implementation.
• Prepare faculty, staff, leaders, and stakeholders for changes to processes and roles.
• Develop and execute a coordinated change approach with the project team and partners.
• Support awareness, readiness, adoption, and transition to the new system.
• Collaborate with the project manager, functional/technical leads, training, and communications teams.
