Strada seeks a Workday Consultant or Senior Consultant to deliver functional implementations of Workday Benefits or Advanced Compensation modules for diverse clients. You will guide client deliverables, design configurations, and ensure successful project outcomes across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, HR, CS, or relevant field.
• 3–7+ years of consulting experience implementing Financials systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, UltiPro, or other SaaS solutions
• Experience translating business process requirements into system configurations.
• Possess strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands, request resources when needed
• High attention to detail with ability to dig in and solve complex issues and thoroughly test solutions
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Possesses sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Currently Workday Benefits or Advanced Comp certified or PRO certified required; (must have one or both modules to be considered for the role)
• This opportunity does not offer sponsorship (this position will not consider EAD or F1 card holder)
• Workday Certification is a requirement of the role as well as on-going successful re-certification

Responsabilités

• Lead or participate in all stages of the project lifecycle with external clients and participates in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from discovery sessions through design, configurations, testing and deployment for the Workday Benefits or Advanced Comp modules.
• Effectively execute medium to large client deliverables from start to finish across multiple, concurrent projects utilizing Strada’s quality standards and consulting methodology.
• Manage self and work to project scope, timeline and budget; coordinate with others as needed.
• Listen to client requests, provide subject matter expertise, propose alternatives, and recommend solutions while remaining agile to changing needs.
• Discuss lessons learned, Workday best practices, and Strada’s viewpoints with clients.
• Provide direction internally to less experienced colleagues by directing work and reviewing deliverables.
• Participate in internal initiatives to build Strada’s brand and collateral, including domain groups and training.
• Participate in Workday ecosystem product groups/chats and contribute to brand building.
• Develop specialized skills within Workday Benefits or Advanced Comp modules.
