Job summary

Strada is a people, payroll, and technology leader delivering Workday Financials expertise to clients across industries. This senior/lead role focuses on timely, high-quality delivery while leveraging Strada’s consulting methodology and global capabilities.

You will lead complex Workday Financials projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, present solutions, and mentor junior colleagues, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, HR, CS, or related field.
• 3–7+ years consulting experience implementing Financials systems (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, UltiPro or similar).
• Experience transforming business requirements into system configurations.
• Strong facilitation/presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Workday Certification required; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in all stages of the project lifecycle with clients.
• Execute medium to large client Deliverables across projects following Strada’s methodology.
• Manage scope, timeline, and budget; coordinate with others as needed.
• Provide domain expertise and recommend solutions using standard methods.
• Share lessons learned and Workday best practices with clients and team.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to internal initiatives.
• Engage in Workday ecosystem groups/chats to build Strada brand.
• Develop deep expertise in Workday Financials modules.
