Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Application Management Services (AMS) HCM Service Manager to lead complex AMS engagements. You will coordinate multi-site teams, advise clients on best practices, and drive successful Workday implementations across Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and more.

This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration three days weekly in select US locations and offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of Accenture’s rewards.

Qualifications

• Existing and up to date Workday HCM certification.
• Minimum 4+ years delivering Workday implementations with cross functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Workday AMS work streams and lead the engagement.
• Manage on/off-shore functional teams and drive decisions.
• Mentor staff and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Mitigate risks and optimize Workday functionality and deployments.
• Provide status updates and maintain project scope, cost, and schedule.
