Cognizant is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Principal Consultant for Global AMS. You will lead functional/technical workstreams, apply AMS methodologies, and collaborate with the Global Delivery Center to manage incidents and requests. On-call coverage and SLA adherence are required.

The role demands strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and drive process improvements across HR workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of corporate applications portfolio experience and 3-5 years in client-facing managed services.
• Workday certification is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to solve complex incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional/technical workstreams for assigned accounts.
• Apply AMS & implementation methodologies in Workday engagements.
• Coordinate with Global Delivery Center on incidents and requests.
• Provide on-call coverage and ensure SLAs are met.
• Develop dashboards and reports to improve Workday utilization.
