Cognizant is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Principal Consultant for Global AMS in Chesapeake, VA. You will lead functional/technical workstreams, collaborate with the Global Delivery Center, and ensure timely delivery of AMS and implementation activities across accounts.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in corporate applications, Workday integrations expertise, and a global, client-facing mindset. Certification in Workday is mandatory; relocate to on-site office as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Workday certification mandatory.
• Experience handling client-focused workstreams in global delivery models.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional/technical workstreams for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Global Delivery Center on day-to-day activities and incidents.
• Provide on-call support and maintain service levels.
• Develop dashboards and reports to improve Workday utilization.
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and drive process improvements.
