Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Application Management Services (AMS) Functional Service Manager to lead multi‑domain Workday AMS engagements, coordinating on‑ and off‑shore teams and driving best practices across Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and more. You will mentor staff, maintain client relationships, and ensure project success.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on Workday implementation leadership, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and deep HRIT experience.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date Workday HCM certification.
• Minimum four years delivering Workday implementations with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple functional work streams on a Workday AMS engagement.
• Manage on- and off-shore functional teams.
• Lead the AMS engagement driving decisions and best practices for Workday modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, Time Tracking).
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Provide status updates and manage scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
