Job summary

Huron is seeking a Workday HCM AMS Senior Consultant to join our growing Application Management Services (AMS) team. In this client-facing role, you will support and optimize Workday HCM solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as a trusted advisor and functional expert across Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits.

The ideal candidate is an independent problem solver with experience supporting Workday in a post-production or AMS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing Workday HCM in AMS or production environments.
• Functional SME across Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation and Benefits.
• Experience providing post-production support and client-facing troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR/Business/IS.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-production support and issue resolution for Workday HCM.
• Configure and optimize Workday HCM modules across client portfolios.
• Lead client discussions and provide strategic HR process guidance.
• Assist with Workday releases, testing and upgrade activities.
