Cognizant is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Architect - Global AMS to lead and deliver complex Workday HCM engagements across AMS and Phase X. This senior role provides expert guidance, partners with Engagement Managers, and ensures value realization of Workday investments.

You will oversee functional design across HCM, Payroll, Integrations, and Reporting, mentor junior resources, support sales discussions, and help roadmap alignment with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Current Workday HCM Certification with multiple domains is required.
• 9+ years of Workday HCM implementation or AMS experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple concurrent Workday HCM AMS engagements.
• Resolve client requirements through tailored Workday HCM solutions.
• Oversee functional areas on AMS engagements with accurate design and configuration.
• Provide high-level Workday product knowledge to clients and leaders.
• Partner with customers to build roadmaps aligned with needs and industry trends.
• Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to optimize HR functions.
• Mentor junior resources and lead customer sessions.
