Job summary

Nava, a client services consultancy delivering modern, user‑friendly government technology solutions, seeks a Workday Administrator to own integrations, Studio, and Projects. You will partner with the HCM Manager to translate decisions into reliable configurations, keeping the Workday environment secure, auditable, and continuously improved.

Success means proactively identifying data quality issues, process gaps, and integration improvements within the module, beyond just ticket response, while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM.
• Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to execute effectively within an established architecture/governance framework, and escalation to the HCM Manager as needed.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio integrations, APIs/Web Services.
• Build and maintain Workday Studio integrations; partner with IT and vendors on troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Serve as lead administrator for the Workday Projects module (Finance SKU), configuring BP, security, and reporting.
• Make recommendations about additional Workday SKUs or Projects features Nava could invest in.
• Provide first‑line technical support, troubleshooting, and end‑user training in the Workday area.
• Own day‑to‑day Workday incidents and service requests from intake through resolution; triage by severity and impact.
• Support internal and external audit requests related to Workday configuration, access, reports, integrations, and HR data.
