Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead implementation projects, guide client sessions, and drive model design, security, and reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and delivering value to clients. You will mentor teammates, support business development, and stay current with Workday enhancements, contributing to methodologies and reusable assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting required.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning model design, integrations, administration, reporting, dashboards, OfficeConnect and scenario planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate client working sessions to understand business processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and key performance metrics.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, including sheets, versions, dimensions, security, reporting, dashboards, OfficeConnect, and scenario planning.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from a variety of ERP and source systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.
