Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is hiring a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead the delivery of Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, optimize planning processes, and work with ERP/HRIS/CRM integrations across diverse client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting/finance/information systems/business analytics preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of EPM/FP&A or consulting experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience with JavaScript and SQL for data integrations and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery to deployment and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning requirements, and KPIs.
• Manage implementation and optimization engagements, guiding model design, security, reporting, and scenario planning.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, including sheets, versions, dimensions, security, dashboards.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems; provide technical guidance.
• Mentor team members and support business development through proposals and demonstrations.
