Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead engagements, design models, and guide client teams to successful deployment across diverse projects.

You will collaborate with ERP and HRIS teams, manage security and reporting frameworks, and mentor junior staff while traveling up to 20% to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience in JavaScript and SQL, with data integrations and system configurations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning model design, integrations, reporting, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, reporting needs, and KPIs.
• Mentor project teams and manage client expectations and risks.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models.
• Oversee integrations with ERP, HRIS, CRM and other systems.
