Responsibilities

Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring successful delivery.
Facilitate client sessions to understand business processes and planning requirements.
Manage implementation engagements as the solution lead, guiding model design and security.
Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and dashboards.
Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems.
Mentor and support project teams while contributing to practice development.
Support business development through proposals and demonstrations.
