Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join our Digital Advisory Services team. You will lead engagements, design and implement Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, and guide teams to deliver on scope, time, and budget for client projects.

You will mentor consultants, support business development, and stay current on product enhancements and EPM trends to drive value for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in EPM/FP&A or related consulting.
• Minimum 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery to deployment, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to capture processes, requirements, and KPI needs.
• Manage implementation and optimization engagements with guidance on model design, security, and reporting.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM.
• Provide technical guidance on data integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs and JDBC.
