Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP, a leading advisory firm, is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will drive delivery across diverse projects, helping clients improve planning, forecasting and financial reporting using Workday Adaptive Planning.

Role requires strong technical and consulting skills, leadership, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; travel up to 20% is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or FP&A or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand business processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs.
• Manage Workday Adaptive Planning implementations and optimizations as the solution lead, guiding model design, security, reporting, and scenario planning.
