Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. The role focuses on leading implementations, optimizing planning models, and delivering value across client engagements.

You will work with a team to design and deploy Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, manage client relationships, and contribute to practice development while staying current with product enhancements and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of Experience in EPM/FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning model design, integrations, administration, reporting, dashboards, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery to deployment within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand business processes, planning requirements, and KPIs.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and integrations.
• Manage project risks, issues, resources, and client expectations throughout engagements.
• Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to team members.
