Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead client engagements, deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, and help clients improve their financial planning and forecasting.

The role requires strong design and integration skills with ERP/HRIS/CRM, experience in JavaScript and SQL, and the ability to mentor teams. Travel up to 20% is expected as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting required.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand business processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and key performance metrics.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models including sheets, versions, dimensions, security, and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC, and other platforms.
• Mentor project teams and contribute to implementation methodologies and reusable assets.
