Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Adaptive Planning projects for diverse clients, driving financial planning, forecasting, and reporting improvements.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in EPM/FP&A, strong Workday Adaptive Planning experience, hands-on data integration skills (JavaScript/SQL), and a proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPM/ FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs.
• Manage implementation engagements as solution lead with guidance on model design, security, and reporting frameworks.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models including sheets, versions, dimensions, and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other systems.
