Baker Tilly is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join its Digital Advisory Services practice. You will lead client engagements, guide teams, and work across ERP/HRIS/CRM integrations to optimize planning and reporting processes.

The role requires deep expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, strong JavaScript/SQL skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring staff. Travel up to 20% is expected and you’ll operate within a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in EPM/FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Strong JavaScript and SQL skills for data integrations and system configurations.
• Up to 20% travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment within scope, timeline and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand business processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs.
• Manage Workday Adaptive Planning engagements as the solution lead, guiding model design, security, reporting, and scenario planning.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday models including sheets, versions, dimensions, security and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM and other systems.
• Mentor and coach project teams and support professional development.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, demos, scoping discussions and thought leadership.
