Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP, a leading advisory firm, is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join its Digital Advisory Services. You will drive enterprise performance management projects and help clients improve forecasting and reporting.

You will lead engagements, mentor teams, and stay current on Workday product enhancements. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Facilitate client working sessions to understand business processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and key performance metrics
• Manage Workday Adaptive Planning implementation and optimization engagements as the solution lead, providing guidance on model design, security, reporting frameworks, workforce planning, scenario planning, and implementation best practices while ensuring successful project delivery
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, including sheets, versions, dimensions, security, reporting, dashboards, OfficeConnect, and scenario planning
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
