Job summary

Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services seeks a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to drive client engagements and delivery across the Workday Adaptive Planning practice. You will lead projects, guide teams, and help clients improve financial planning and forecasting.

The role requires deep Workday Adaptive Planning experience, strong JavaScript/SQL skills, and the ability to travel about 20%. You will contribute to solution design, integrations, and practice development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in EPM/FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience with JavaScript and SQL for data integrations and configurations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning model design and reporting.
• Experience traveling up to ~20% is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to capture processes, requirements, and KPIs.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and integrations.
• Oversee ERP/HRIS/CRM integrations and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Mentor team members and support business development activities.
