Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead engagements and help clients optimize financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

In this role you will design, configure, and implement Workday Adaptive Planning models, lead project teams, manage risks, and collaborate with ERP and HRIS integrations. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in EPM/FP&A/financial systems or consulting.
• Minimum 4 years Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience in JavaScript and SQL with data integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning projects from discovery to deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning needs, and KPIs.
• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and reports.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM.
• Lead integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC, and other platforms.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Manage risks, issues, and client expectations throughout engagements.
• Mentor and coach project teams and support their development.
• Support business development through proposals and demos.
• Stay current on product enhancements and industry trends.
