Job summary

Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services seeks a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to lead implementations and optimize EPM solutions for clients. You will guide project teams, design models, and ensure successful delivery across multiple engagements.

You will collaborate with ERP, HRIS, CRM integrators and drive process improvements while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development. Travel ~20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting/finance or information systems preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience in JavaScript and SQL, with ability to understand data integrations and configurations.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate financial accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery to deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning needs, and KPIs.
• Manage implementations with guidance on design, security, reporting, and planning.
