Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to partner with clients, lead workshops, and architect cohesive Workday Adaptive solutions. You’ll analyze requirements, prototype options, and apply Accenture methodologies across streams.

Travel may be required, up to 100% depending on client needs. Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in a Lead or similar role, 3+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive experience, and a Workday Partner Certification are required.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, Lead or similar level.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday Adaptive experience.
• Minimum 3 years of US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (or 6+ years with an Associate).

Responsibilities

• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Lead in architecting Workday Adaptive Insights solutions with cohesive cross-functional impacts.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
