Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials Manager - FDM/Accounting to lead client engagements delivering Workday Financials solutions. You’ll architect end-to-end deployments, supervise teams, and ensure cross-functional integration with payroll and ERP.

Travel up to 0–100% as required; minimum 4 years of consulting and hands-on Workday Financials experience; Workday Partner Certification preferred; Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification required.
• Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead role.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience.
• Bonus points for proficiency in multiple business processes and prior Workday FDM/Financials implementations.
• Thrives in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and design Workday Financials solutions.
• Lead workshops, plan budgets, forecasts, and reporting strategies.
• Develop statements of work and client proposals.
• Manage vendor relationships and project budgets.
• Provide SME guidance and mentor project staff.
• Architect cohesive Workday Financials deployments and best practices.
