Job summary

Accenture seeks a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead in the United States, including Seattle area. You will architect cohesive Workday Adaptive solutions, run client workshops, and guide cross-functional teams through design, prototyping, testing and deployment.

You’ll leverage a strong background in Workday, adaptive operations, and consulting leadership to deliver scalable, compliant financial management and payroll solutions for global clients.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Adaptive experience
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Lead workshops for client education
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Lead in architecting Workday Adaptive Insights solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated Advise clients on industry standardsand leading practices
• Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies
