Job summary

Accenture seeks a Workday Financials Lead - FDM/R2R to drive requirements, design and delivery across client engagements. You will lead workshops, manage budgets, and mentor project staff while ensuring alignment with Workday best practices and Accenture methodologies.

The role involves client education, status reporting to the Project Manager, and guiding cross-functional workstreams to deliver cohesive Workday solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in a Lead role.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
• Minimum 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, design processes, prototyping, testing, training, and support.
• Plan budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies for projects.
• Develop statements of work and client proposals.
• Manage vendor relationships and project budgets.
• Lead client workshops and ensure cross-functional cohesion across streams.
