Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
• Valid ATSSA Flagging certification; in-house certification available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety focus in all job functions.
• Coordinate traffic flow using signals, plans, and requests.
• Set up and tear down work zones per regulations.
• Communicate with customers, public, and team members.
• Keep equipment organized and functional.
• Learn work zone setup and flagging duties.
• Provide high level customer service and on-time arrivals.
• Follow safety guidelines to avoid injuries.
• Drive company trucks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
