Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong planning, organizing, and prioritization skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of labor relations, contract interpretation, grievance handling, and corrective action processes preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assign, plan, schedule, coordinate, and audit daily activities for support services personnel.
• Supervise a workforce with day, night, and overtime coverage as needed.
• Monitor work order closeouts and financial closeout timelines.
• Facilitate timely processing of timesheets and payroll-related information.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to clerical staff.
• Assist with scheduling, tracking, and reporting for Work Support activities.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and adherence to standards.
• Review work and provide technical guidance for accuracy and compliance.
