Job summary

National Grid is seeking a Supervisor, Work Support in Northborough, MA to lead clerical and support services personnel in an in-office role. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, and administrative closeout activities to align with department and company requirements.

You will supervise daily operations across field operations, construction, and internal support functions, providing coaching, performance oversight, and process support while ensuring timely work completion and strong team

Responsibilities

• Assign, plan, schedule, coordinate, and audit daily activities for support services personnel.
• Supervise a workforce with day, night, and overtime coverage based on needs.
• Monitor work order closeouts and progress to financial closeout.
• Process timesheets and payroll-related information timely and accurately.
• Provide supervision, coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Assist with scheduling, tracking, and reporting for Work Support activities.
