You will assist during peak periods and support campus events, including open houses and college fairs, while providing campus tours and referrals. Flexibility to work evenings weekends is required.
As a current Tri-C student, you will gain leadership experience, strengthen communication and teamwork, and promote student success across Eastern Campus activities.

Job Description:
Student Ambassadors will develop and demonstrate foundational professional competencies in customer service, communication, and student support by effectively assisting peers with college systems, resources, and processes. Through hands-on experience, students will strengthen problem-solving skills, digital literacy (e.g., My Tri-C Space navigation), and the ability to assess student needs and provide appropriate referrals. Additionally, Student Ambassadors will enhance leadership, teamwork, and intercultural competence by supporting campus events and engaging with diverse student populations. By the end of the experience, student employees will be able to confidently represent the College, apply institutional knowledge to real-world situations, and reflect on their role in promoting student success and completion.
