Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington is seeking a Undergraduate Part-Time Work Study Credentials Specialist within University Enrollment Services in Bloomington. You will manage and operationalize core Registrar functions in SIS, Parchment, MyHub, and related platforms, processing transcripts, enrollment verifications, and FERPA-compliant records.

The role emphasizes accuracy, privacy, and student-focused service, with in-person work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with a student-centered approach.
• Proven ability to manage confidential data with high accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with university, IU, state, and federal guidelines while delivering 1st-line customer service.
• Documents, processes, and tracks transcripts and enrollment verification with campus partners.
• Operationalize Registrar functions within SIS, Parchment, MyHub, and other core systems.
• Maintains data integrity and ensures all actions align with regulations.
• Assists in testing system updates and troubleshooting workflows related to credential processing.
• Documents, monitors, transmits, and follows up on official transcripts and enrollment verifications.
• Tracks and processes immunization records and other student credentials with high accuracy.
• Adheres to FERPA and privacy regulations.
• Serves as 1st line support handling emails and phone inquiries.
• Resolves standard inquiries from students, alumni, and third parties.
