Indiana University Bloomington's Office of Enrollment Management is seeking a Student Central Generalist to join its 1-stop student services hub. You will support admissions, financial aid, billing, records, and student engagement while coordinating with the Registrar, Bursar, and other campus partners to ensure accurate, timely service and a positive student experience.

The role emphasizes program development, staff guidance, data-informed reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in higher education or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in student services or related field.

• Maintains knowledge of regulations and policies related to student services.
• Ensures prompt, professional service to students, families, and campus partners.
• Oversees and supports assigned staff, including timesheets and performance feedback.
• Collaborates with Registrar, Bursar, and other campus units to improve service delivery.
• Develops and supports student-focused programs and initiatives promoting engagement and inclusion.
• Engages with students through programs and counseling to gather feedback for service improvements.
• Plans communications for student services initiatives and coordinates funding as needed.
