Job summary

CSU Stanislaus is seeking a temporary hourly-intermittent Work Study student assistant in Anthropology, Geography and Environmental Resources. The role includes front-desk tasks, file management, and classroom support on campus in Turlock, CA.

You will troubleshoot basic office tech, assist with events, update the department website and social media, and help maintain office operations while building professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates must be enrolled in a minimum of six Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current term.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, file, scan, archive records and maintain office files.
• Provide classroom support and assist with general office tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic technology such as printers and copiers.
• Update department websites and social media channels.
• Assist with event planning and manage office supplies.
• Establish productive working relationships with colleagues.
